How to Set Default Template?

Setting a default template in Empathia AI helps streamline the writing process by ensuring consistency, saving time, and improving efficiency. If you have a favourite template, your will no longer need to select a template each time. It automatically applies a structured format to all the notes, so you don’t need to adjust each piece individually. 


Benefits of Setting a Default Template: 

  1. Consistency: Keeps your content uniform in style, tone, and structure.
  2. Time-Saving: Reduces the need for manual edits and formatting.
  3. Scalability: Easily handle larger volumes of content without losing quality.


Step 1: To do this, firstly go to "Templates" which is located on the left side panel and select any template that you would like to set as a default template. Below is a visual representation of this. 



Step 2: Select "Default" checkbox and save it


Upcoming changes: 

1. Implementing a default template for each note type. 

2. Implementing a default template for each clinic.
