Organize Notes - HPI and Assessment and Plan By Problem

Organizing your notes based on the multiple problems presented by your patients! This is especially useful for patients with multiple health issues, as AI can generate tailored History of Present Illness (HPI), Assessment, and Plan sections for each condition. By streamlining this process, healthcare providers can efficiently capture essential information, improving both accuracy and patient care. 1) On the left side panel, you will see "Note Style". After clicking that, you will see a tab that says "Assessment and Plan" and "Multi-Problem Encounters: HPI". Be sure that it is turned to "By Problem" and "Problem-Focused" respectively. You will now see that each note is organized according to the multiple conditions. Below is a visual representation of this.

2) As you can see from the screenshot below, the HPI in "Subjective" has now been divided based on the problems presented by the patient.
