Multi-Issue Encounters

Managing multiple health issues in a single patient visit can be challenging for healthcare providers. Empathia AI makes this easier by organizing patient histories, assessments and plans by specific problems, even when the problems are discussed in random order. This helps doctors focus more on care and less on paperwork. We take care of making your notes clean, concise and easy to read!

Benefits of Using Problem Based History, Assessment, and Plan:

- Clearer Organization: Patient information is sorted by issues, making it easier for providers to address each one without missing important details.

- Holistic Care: By looking at all health issues, providers can make better decisions and create more effective treatment plans.

- Personalized Plans: The service generates tailored assessments and treatment suggestions for each problem, ensuring care is relevant to the patient’s needs.

To implement this feature, firstly click on "Note Style" which is located on the left side panel. You will then see

"Assessment and Plan" and "Multi-Problem Encounters: HPI". Please click "By Problem" and "Problem-focused", respectively. Your notes will now be organized based on the patient's problems. Below is a visual representation of this feature.

Below are visual representations of how problem based History of Presenting Illness (HPI) and Assessment and Plan will look like. In the example, "Acute Upper Respiratory Infection" has different symptoms and treatment which is

shown and "Loss of Appetite" has different symptoms and treatment which is also shown.
