1. Feature Description:

We know that as physicians handling sensitive medical and personal information security is a top priority for you. That’s why we have launched the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) setting. This ensures that only authorized users can access your  transcriptions and clinical documentation. This also enhances compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations, and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of medical data.

2. How-To Guide

  1. Enable the MFA setting from the Security tab in the menu

        2. Follow the steps to assign an MFA device

    3. Once your MFA device is linked, the authentication code will be requested the next time you log in to the web portal
