Using Empathia On Your Phone

The primary function of the mobile App is to record the patient encounter, with standard controls such as record, pause, resume, and stop. It can also work as a back-up recording device even in low or no internet connection environment.

Benefits:


1. Real-Time Sync: Whether you record from your phone or web extension, the generated note is automatically synced to your Clinician Portal (https://care.empathia.ai/), ensuring that your information is always up-to-date and accessible across devices.


2. See multiple patients in a row or at once: You can make several consecutive recordings and then review all the generated notes later on your computer.


3. Stay Connected: You can also record on the mobile app with little or no Internet connection. The recording will be captured and temporarily stored on your phone, and the note generation will begin when the Internet connection is restored.


4. Remote Patient Care: Stay connected with your patients by managing telemedicine appointments and follow-ups directly through the app. 


Tips: If you are speaking with a patient over the phone, you just need to put them on speaker. If you’re using the web extension, you can record directly from Zoom video conferencing, as long as you’re not using headset.
