We have many ways for you to review and edit your notes! This will allow you to easily check and ensure your notes are accurate and well organized. Below are some ways to do so.

1. You can type your modification directly in the section.

2. You can also simply dictate your update by clicking on the mic icon at the bottom. To do this, firstly, click the encounter you wish to edit and you will see a tool bar on the right side. Click on the button which says "Edit All Note". After clicking that, you will see the page below.

3. The most popular way: "Smart Edit". Click the encounter you wish to edit and you will see a tool bar on the right side. Click on the purple wand which is the "Smart Edit" feature. You can instruct it (type or use mic) to do certain things such as saying or typing "More detail on family history". Below is a visual representation of this.

4. You can also use the auto-completion feature to quickly edit and correct medical terms: simply press the backslash "\" key to activate this function. AI will learn from your changes up to 2 times. Below is a visual representation of this.

4. You could also use "Macros" to add predefined phrases. To see the available macros or to add your own, click on "Macros" which is located on the left side panel. Below is a visual representation of this.

Your edits or feedback on our platform contribute to the AI's learning, allowing it to continuously advance and refine the quality of notes to better match your standards.
