Infoway permits clinicians to request a change in their selected AI scribe tool within the first 3 months of activating their license. This provides flexibility in case your initial choice doesn’t meet your clinical needs.
How to Submit a Vendor Switch Request
To request a change, please follow these steps:

Complete the form with the required details, including your reason for requesting the switch.
Submit the form. The Infoway team will review your request and contact you regarding next steps.
