Capture Differential Diagnoses (DDx)

To ensure all the discussiona bout assessment is capture and be medically and legally compliant,

1) On the left side panel, you will see "Note Settings". After clicking that, you will see a tab that says "Differential Diagnosis". Be sure that it is turned to "Show". You will now have DDx in each note. Below is a visual representation of this.

2) As you can see from the screenshot below, the differential diagnosis has been captured along with details about each differential.
