To use this autocompletion feature on the note you want to edit, firstly press "Edit" which is located on the right side panel. Below is visual presentation of this.
Next, press the backslash key / to activate the medical database for auto-completion. In the example below, I wanted to mention lumbar vertebrae as the patient had back pain. By using the auto-completion and backslash feature, I could easily select L1-L5 (lumbar vertebrae) and save effort and time! Below is a visual representation of this.
