Best Practice for AI Training

Every clinician has a different style of writing their notes. We take that into account and tailor your notes according to how you would like them. This is done via "AI Training/ Learning". Below are examples of how the AI learns your preferences and improves note quality.

Please note that we do NOT use the patient data to train our model. We simply use your note style, editing and feedback to train your own EMMA (Empathia Medical Assistant).

1. Smart Edit and AI Learning

1) We have a feature called "SMART Edit". It is the purple magic wand located on the right side panel of your note. Below is a visual representation of this.

How it works: - You can tell Smart Edit any specific instruction about the note. For example, you can "Change format to the bullet point", "Add more detail in HPI"

Want to speed up the learning process? Click "save as future preference" and select  "Apply to all future notes", which will expedite the learning process.

2. Template Pro

Easily transform sample notes into structured templates with advanced customization, AI editing, and seamless testing.

3. Auto correct

This feature allows you to manually edit misspelled medications, which are usually highlighted in red. The system will remember your correction after a few times. Below is a visual representation of this.
