How to Generate a Consult Letter on Empathia AI?

Empathia AI will generate consult letters for you during or after your patient encounter!

1. Auto-generation

You can have a consult letter generated for each patient automatically so you don't need to generate it later! Below are instructions on how to enable this feature.

1) Firstly, click on "Note Settings" on the left side panel. Below is a visual representation of this.

2) Next, click "Auto-generation" under "Consult Letter". Below is a visual representation of this. You will now have consult letters generated for each patient as soon as the encounter is done.

Tip: If you select a "Consult Letter template", it will also automatically generate the consult letter for you.

2. Manually Generation

You can also generate consult letters after your patient encounter is complete. Below are instructions on how to do this.

1) Firstly, click on the Encounters page on "Home". You will see all your encounters. Select the encounter you want a consult letter for. Below is a visual representation of this.

2) On the right side of the screen, you will see the option of “Consult Letter”. Click that button. Below is a visual representation of this.

3) The screen will say “Generating”. Below is a visual representation of this.

4) All done! Your consult letter has been generated. You can print or download this letter. Below is a visual representation of this.
