Data Management

In today's world, data privacy and security is crucial. At Empathia AI, we take confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information as a top priority. We have features such as deleting the recordings, transcripts, and notes so you are in complete control of the data. Below is a description to help you use these features. 

Deleting the Recordings and Transcripts 

1) On the left side of the screen, you will see "Data Management". You can manually set the number of days you wish to keep the recordings and transcripts. After the number of days you have set it to, the recordings and transcripts will be deleted. The default is 30 days. Below is a visual representation of this feature. 

2) You can also turn on "Instant Data Deletion" in case you would like to have the recordings and transcripts erased immediately. Below is a visual representation of this feature. 

Deleting the Notes

1) To delete the notes in bulk, simply select the little checkbox on the top left corner which will select all notes on the page, then click on the 3 ellipsis, and then click "Remove". Below is a visual representation of this feature. 

2) You can also delete individual notes by clicking the 3 ellipsis in the right corner. Below is a visual representation of this feature.
