Community templates at Empathia AI offer a convenient way to enhance your writing process. These templates provide ready made structures for when you need to improve your notes. By using these templates, you can quickly make modifications and customize your personal templates.
1. To access community templates, firstly click on "Templates" which is located on the left side panel. Next, choose "Community" which is located on the top. You will then see a variety of templates that you can choose from. Below is a visual representation of this feature.
2. Use Specialty Filter to find the relevant templates easily.
3. Click "Template Name" to review, and click "Import" to save to your library.
4. Below is a visual representation of a template. You can make changes like adding placeholders with brackets.
5. Share Your Templates with Your Colleagues!
With our new sharing feature, you can now easily collaborate with colleagues by sharing your templates directly within Empathia AI. This streamlines teamwork and ensures consistency in your clinic with just a few clicks.
Firstly, simply click the ellipsis located on the right side of the main "Templates" page. Then click "Share".
Next, click "+Add User" and input the email of your colleague. Then click "Submit" and your colleague will receive the template in their template section! They will also be notified via email.
